We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Coordination Consultation to join our team on a maternity leave cover contract to August 2021.

 The Role

Using your deep understanding of health services provided in your community and your outstanding stakeholder management, influencing and project management skills you will contribute to the continuous improvement to the way health services are delivered.   

Reporting to the Manager, Primary Care Development, this exciting role is the relationship manager and change agent supporting the implementation of strategy, initiatives and change to improve the health service system, ultimately supporting the creation of communities that make healthy choices.

 Skills Required

If you have the following skills and attributes, we want to hear from you;

  •  strong relationship management skills
  • change agent with highly developed communication and influencing skills
  • deep understanding of health services provided in your community
  • good knowledge of recent developments in health policy and system, in particular general practice, chronic disease management, aged care and mental health
  • proven track record in project management and solutions development in a complex, specialised environment
  • strong analytical, data analysis and report writing skills
  • an ability to use data and evidence to influence and communicate opportunities for quality and system improvements
  • a current drivers licence and be prepared to travel within the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network catchment

With these skills you’ll be able to work autonomously, meet deadlines and identify key issues, while contributing to the solution.  You will work well with people, especially clinicians, and be great in a team.

This position requires a National Criminal History Check.
