This team, which is led by our CEO Dianne Kitcher, have a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing primary health care locally and its collective ability to forge strong, strategic alliances, ensure a well connected, influential and high performing PHN.

Dianne led the establishment of a start up company - COORDINARE Ltd in 2015, which was successful in its bid to become the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network.

Dianne brings over 30 year of leadership knowledge and strategic capability to the primary care sector and the region.  Her experience is predominantly in the health and education sectors, including health services management and research, health promotion and education, as well as medical research.

Prior to commencing as CEO of COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW PHN, Dianne was CEO of Grand Pacific Health Ltd trading as the Illawarra-Shoalhaven Medicare Local. She was previously Chief Operating Officer at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, CEO of the Central West Community College (a large rural employment and training provider); Director of Programs and Services at Family Planning NSW; and Director of the Cumberland Health and Research Centre at Sydney University.

Dianne holds a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wollongong, post graduate qualifications in accounting/finance and a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  

Dianne has a passion for building strong not for profit organisations and is committed to making a difference through collaboration and partnerships, focusing people on getting the right things done. Her professional interests are in the areas of strategic thinking and planning; execution of strategy and driving change in complex operating environments.

As a member of the COORDINARE Executive team, Andrew is responsible for leading organisational strategy and planning as well as our focus on results and outcomes. 

Key aspects of Andrew’s portfolio are ensuring that local needs and priorities are understood, finding new ways of using data to improve local health system performance and evaluating the results of our activities.

As a member of the COORDINARE Executive team, Lisa is responsible for leading the corporate service functions including people and culture, finance, business systems, compliance, quality and risk as well as communications.

Lisa’s role focuses on building our organisational capability across these areas, supporting effective decision making and ensuring value for money.

As a member of the COORDINARE Executive team, Lauren is responsible for leading the commissioning function of COORDINARE to achieve improved health outcomes, reduced inequalities and better patient experiences across the region.

Within her role in the Commissioning team, Lauren helps to lead commissioning across the organisation, working with the Executive team, the Clinical Councils and Community Advisory Committees to ensure that COORDINARE has clear and agreed priorities based on need and is able to allocate resources accordingly.

As a member of the COORDINARE Executive team, Jo is responsible for developing strategy to ‘put consumers front and centre in all that we do’.

Jo supports the team, orchestrating opportunities for meaningful consumer participation across all aspects of COORDINARE’s work. This includes working with general practice on patient centred care and quality enhancements; systematically ensuring the consumer voice is heard when understanding regional health needs, and by involving people in planning, service design and evaluation.
