AOD professional development opportunity available for GPs
The RACGP are offering GPs a free education program to help address alcohol and other drug (AOD) use in the community from early 2020.
The program has three distinct entry points to choose from:
- Essential Skills training – 2 hour online for all members
- Treatment Skills training – delivered via three different pathways for up to 1800 GPs
- Advanced Skills training – based on prior learning and experience for up to 300 GPs.
All training is free and includes CPD points and a certificate of completion.
