As a member of the COORDINARE Executive team and Strategy and Performance team, Jo is responsible for developing strategy to ‘put consumers front and centre in all that we do’.
Jo supports the team, orchestrating opportunities for meaningful consumer participation across all aspects of COORDINARE’s work. This includes working with general practice on patient centred care and quality enhancements; systematically ensuring the consumer voice is heard when understanding regional health needs, and by involving people in planning, service design and evaluation.

Manager, Population Health Planning & Information
Manager, Population Health Planning & Information
As Manager of Population Health Planning & Information, Abhijeet is a member of the Strategy and Performance team. He is responsible for COORDINARE’s health information management functions including: population health data collection, analysis, reporting and dissemination to inform ongoing regional needs assessment for evidence based primary care service planning and commissioning.
Abhijeet also works closely with COORDINARE’s Commissioning team and provides comprehensive epidemiological evidence and expert analytical advice to inform all functions of the organisation. He is leading COORDINARE’s vision and subsequent activities around collection and analysis of general practice data across the South Eastern NSW catchment.

Community Engagement Consultant – Aboriginal Health
As the Community Engagement Consultant – Aboriginal Health, Terry is a member of the Strategy and Performance team. He is available to provide answers to questions and advise all staff on matters relating to Aboriginal people and communities.
Terry brings to the organisation an extensive knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal communities and people across NSW and Australia.

As the Business Systems Administrator Rhiannon's role is to support the Strategy and Performance team in it’s work.
This involves the implementation, maintenance and administration of all business processes associated with any applicable/delegated systems and platforms. It also involves supporting the implementation of sound data governance and privacy principles and supporting the team in the generation of accurate reports.

As Health Reporting Officer Fiona supports the Planning and Insights Manager with the implementation of internal and external performance reporting functions.
This includes drafting, coordinating and editing timely and accurate reports for submission to the Department of Health, along with key internal reports to executives and managers.

As the Health Planning Officer, Jillian supports the Manager Planning and Insights with the implementation of all population health and service planning functions of the organisation.
Collation of qualitative and exploratory information; literature search and review; summarising pre-existing quantitative reports and synthesis of strategic reports and plans to support management and executive decision-making are critical functions of Jillian’s role.

Courtney provides secretariat services for the Community Advisory Committee and assists with the organisation of the PHN’s external and internal meetings and events.

Administration & Contract Support Officer
As the Administration and Contract Support Officer and a member of the Strategy and Performance team, Katie provides administrative support for the Director of Strategy & Performance, the Commissioning team, and the Queanbeyan office.
Her key responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Commissioning team’s procurement and contract management work.
Katie also provides administrative and general office management to support the effective functioning of the Queanbeyan office and other COORDINARE offices as required.
