    Aged Dementia Health Education & Research (ADHERe) is a centre of interdisciplinary researchers generating evidence in gerontological studies based at the University of Wollongong.     Their purpose is to promote harmonious, productive, cooperative and compliant workplace relations in Australia. This includes providing education, assistance, advice and guidance to employers, employees, outworkers, outworker entities and organisations. Fair Work Australia also promotes and monitors compliance with workplace laws.

    Public Health Unit

    The role of the Public Health Unit is to identify, prevent and minimise public health risks to the community. These risks may be infectious, chemical or radiological in nature. They also manage outbreaks of COVID-19, influenza, gastroenteritis, and other notifiable conditions.
